This is the Oslo Pullover from Jamieson's Shetland Knitting Book 2. This design by Matthew Wright uses the traditional fair isle technique of knitting in the round, with steeks for armhole openings and neckline shaping. Anne knit this sweater and photographed Louise modelling it on a lovely October day.
