Red Sky at Night
The pattern for this sweater is in Knits from the North Country published by Briggs and Little, 2004. The inspiration was a sunset at Savary Island north of Powell River, BC. I never tire of sunsets.I stand at the west window in awe of the setting sun, wishing for a magic carpet ride through the night sky. I have stitched many sunsets in fabric and yarn in an effort to wrap myself up in the glorious colours!
