CKDA - Membership

Membership Fees & Benefits:

New Members: $35.00 ($25.00 per annum, January 1 - December 31, plus a one time set-up fee of $10)
Renewing Members: $25.00 ($25.00 per annum, January 1 - December 31)

Basic Membership includes:

The above will be completed once per year; for new members when they join the organization, with renewing members eligible for update once per year (January 1 - December 31 at the discretion of the member).

Additional category listings can be made with an additional $5.00 fee per each additional category listing per annum (January 1 - December 31).

Any additional changes to a member's page or gallery item (other than their once per year update) will require an additional charge to be assessed.

To become a member of the CKDA:

1. Print the application form or download it here as a pdf.

2. Complete the form.

3. Make a cheque payable to the Canadian Knitwear Designers & Artisans.

4. Please e-mail information about yourself and/or your business, (up to 1 page maximum) outlining what you do or sell, and what makes you distinctive, a brief description (no dollar value) of an item for your optional gallery page, and chosen categories, to ckda.webadmin@canknit.com. This information will be used to create your website page and optional gallery page. Send it as part of an e-mail message, and not as an attachment...Thanks!

5. Include up to a total of 4 photos of yourself, your designs, your shop or studio, and any products for your website page and 1 photo for your optional gallery page. Photos may be sent as e-mail attachments no larger than 250k per gif/jpg to ckda.webadmin@canknit.com. Or, business information, category listings, description of gallery item and photos may also be sent by regular mail to:

6. Mail the completed registration form and cheque (payable to the Canadian Knitwear Designers & Artisans) to:

The information and photos you provide us will be used to create your website page and optional gallery page. Once your website page and gallery page has been uploaded onto the CKDA site, you will be notified by e-mail. If you have any questions, please e-mail ckda.webadmin@canknit.com.
