Sisters Deb and Lyn Gemmell opened the Cabin Fever studio in September 1997.
They specialize in Canadian pure wool, offering original pattern and kit designs as well as other Canadian designers.
Their aim, when designing and writing their patterns, is to provide you with an understanding of the concept or approach rather than having you blindly following instructions line by line.
They also try to do their patterns primarily in the round (cutting down on the sewing-up) as this is their preferred method of knitting.
